• CPR certification; CPI and Verbal De-Escalation training within 30 days; may require flexible hours or overtime.

Responsibilities

• Interview and assess potential patients and inquiry callers.
• Coordinate with Business Office on patient financial data.
• Work with UR Department for certification of admitted patients.
• Initiate the referral process and communicate with referral sources.
