This role is essential for coordinating the referral and intake processes, ensuring smooth communication between potential patients, their families, and the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility.
• Currently licensed to practice as an LPC-Intern, LPC, LMSW, LCSW or RN in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians in identifying appropriate level of care.
• Coordinate the referral and intake process.
• Facilitate the admission process and maintain communication.
