Qualifications

• Master's Degree in psychology, social work or related field preferred.
• Licensed to practice in Texas as LPC/LMSW/LCSW or RN preferred.
• Currently licensed to practice as a LPC-Associate, LPC, LMSW, LCSW or RN in the State of Texas.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic and in-person risk assessment to determine level of care.
• Coordinate referral and intake process and admission coordination.
• Verify and obtain prior authorization of insurance benefits as needed.
