Mount Sinai Wellness is seeking an Intake Coordinator to be the first point of contact for clients entering the residential treatment program in a welcoming outpatient clinic setting. You will help ensure a smooth admission experience and coordinate with families, referrals, and guests.

Responsibilities include completing admission forms, updating EMR, coordinating with Admissions and Health Services, and maintaining organized client binders while providing excellent customer service.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; 1 year experience preferred.
• Effective written and oral communication.
• Time management and ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Good references and clear background check.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with Admissions for smooth client landing and scheduling.
• Complete admission forms with responsible party or client.
• Update admissions communications on Teams for transparency.
• Maintain all admission forms in the EMR.
• Attend trainings and meetings as directed.
• Track and report clerical errors in admissions and EMR.
