Job summary

Assisted Home Health & Hospice is seeking an Intake Coordinator at our Culver City, CA location. The role supports the Hospice division by handling intake referrals, coordinating daily activities, and verifying insurance coverage.

The position involves clinical billing tasks and ensuring authorizations are obtained as needed. Pay range at start is $26.00–$30.00 per hour, with benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401K matching up to 3%, generous referral bonuses up to $600, and tuition

• Experience taking and preparing components of intake referrals.
• Ability to verify insurance coverage for services and track authorizations.
• Data entry with attention to accuracy and detail.
• Support intake team with phone coverage and daily coordination.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $26.00 - $30.00 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including job-related knowledge, licensure, skills, and experience.
