Responsibilities

• Greet and search new patients and those transporting patients upon arrival.
• Manage paperwork, data entry, insurance claims, and phone inquiries.
• Complete admission paperwork and explain forms to patients.
• Ensure timely distribution of paperwork and notify staff of arrivals.
• Document clinical information in medical records and registration systems.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for patients and staff.
