Suite Life Medical in Fall River, MA is seeking a detail-oriented Intake Coordinator to join our outpatient infusion care team. This role focuses on coordinating all aspects of patient intake, from demographics and insurance to referral documents, ensuring a welcoming first impression for patients and families.

The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and committed to exceptional patient service, with 1–2 years in healthcare administration or intake coordination.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years in healthcare administration, medical office, or intake coordination (infusion or specialty clinic experience a plus).
• Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance verification, and prior authorization processes.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new and returning patients.
• Collect and verify patient demographics, insurance, and referral information.
• Collect all clinical documents pertinent to the therapy ordered.
• Work closely with referral sources to help coordinate seamless and efficient patient care.
• Schedule patient appointments.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient flow.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and organizational policies.
• Assist with patient inquiries, billing questions, and general office support.

At Suite Life Medical we provide compassionate, patient-centered infusion care in a comfortable outpatient setting. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that every patient receives safe, timely, and personalized treatment. We are growing and seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Intake Coordinator to join our team. This position will be based out of our Fall River, MA location. Full time, Monday-Friday, 8-4:30pm. Medical, Dental and Vision benefits are available if needed.
