Suite Life Medical is seeking a detail-oriented Patient Service Representative to join our Fall River, MA team. This full-time role focuses on coordinating patient intake, maintaining accurate demographics and insurance information, and supporting seamless clinical workflows in a outpatient infusion care setting.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of healthcare administration experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in healthcare administration, medical office, or intake coordination.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance verification, and prior authorizations.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new and returning patients.
• Collect and verify patient demographics, insurance, and referral information.
• Collect all clinical documents pertinent to the therapy ordered.
• Work closely with referral sources to help coordinate seamless and efficient patient care.
• Schedule patient appointments.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient flow.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and organizational policies.
• Assist with patient inquiries, billing questions, and general office support.
