This full-time role focuses on coordinating patient intake, maintaining accurate demographics and insurance information, and supporting seamless clinical workflows in a outpatient infusion care setting.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of healthcare administration experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new and returning patients.
• Collect and verify patient demographics, insurance, and referral information.
• Collect all clinical documents pertinent to the therapy ordered.
• Work closely with referral sources to help coordinate seamless and efficient patient care.
• Schedule patient appointments.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient flow.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and organizational policies.

Our team is dedicated to ensuring that every patient receives safe, timely, and personalized treatment. We are growing and seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Patient Service Representative to join our team. This position will be based out of our Fall River, MA location. Full time, Monday-Friday, 8-4:30pm. Medical, Dental and Vision benefits are available if needed.

Position Summary

The Patient Service Representative plays a key role in creating a positive first impression for patients and their families. This position is responsible for coordinating all aspects of patient intake. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and committed to exceptional patient service.
