Job summary

Suite Life Medical in Fall River, MA is seeking a detail-oriented Patient Service Representative to join our outpatient infusion care team. This role coordinates patient intake, schedules appointments, verifies demographics and insurance, and maintains patient confidentiality.

You will work with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient flow, assist with billing questions, and provide excellent service in a compassionate, HIPAA-compliant environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1–2 years in healthcare administration or intake coordination.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance verification.
  • Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

At Suite Life Medical we provide compassionate, patient-centered infusion care in a comfortable outpatient setting. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that every patient receives safe, timely, and personalized treatment. We are growing and seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Patient Service Representative to join our team. This position will be based out of our Fall River, MA location. Full time, Monday-Friday, 8-4:30pm. Medical, Dental and Vision benefits are available if needed.

Position Summary

The Patient Service Representative plays a key role in creating a positive first impression for patients and their families. This position is responsible for coordinating all aspects of patient intake. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and committed to exceptional patient service.

Requirements
