Job summary

Adams & Martin Group, in partnership with a Downtown Los Angeles law firm, seeks an organized Intake & Conflicts Clerk to support conflicts and onboarding teams. The role reviews candidate conflict disclosures, conducts conflict searches, analyzes results, and assists with new hire clearance in a fast-paced legal environment.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Review candidate conflict disclosure forms and supporting documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with firm standards.
• Perform new hire conflict checks utilizing firm databases and established search procedures.
• Apply Boolean search techniques to identify potential conflicts of interest.
• Analyze and filter search results using internal records and external research resources.
• Communicate professionally with candidates, recruiting contacts, attorneys, and staff regarding conflicts inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the conflicts review process.
• Assist with onboarding, intake, and special projects as assigned.
