Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required or preferred in a related field.
• Licensed in Maryland as LCSW-C, LCPC, or LMFT is required.
• At least 5 years of supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of behavioral health documentation and productivity standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Intake Department.
• Maintain standardized intake workflows and timely referrals.
• Monitor therapist productivity and compliance with agency standards.
• Coordinate with clinicians and supervisors on client assignments.
• Develop routine reports on intake, scheduling, and admissions.
• Provide supervision and performance feedback to staff.
