You will verify insurance, collect documents, and coordinate with the clinical team to schedule assessments, ensuring timely progress and positive family experiences.

The role requires warmth, organization, and relentless follow-through in a fast-paced environment supporting ABA services for children and families.

Qualifications

• Warm, patient and professional on the phone with stressed families.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage many open cases.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through to avoid delays.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to new inquiries by multiple channels.
• Explain ABA services and intake process clearly.
• Collect intake documents such as diagnosis, referral, and insurance information.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Coordinate with clinical team to schedule initial assessments.
• Prepare and track authorization requests with payers.
• Maintain accurate case statuses in the CRM.
• Follow up consistently to prevent gaps.
• Build relationships with referral sources (pediatricians, diagnosticians, and schools).
