Golden Steps ABA in Englewood Cliffs, NJ, seeks an Intake Coordinator – Family Admissions & Sales to lead families from first inquiry through intake in a hybrid, high-volume setting.

You will handle 40–60 calls daily, educate families about ABA services, and qualify needs, coordinating with clinical and operations teams to move families toward initial assessments and service enrollment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, admissions, enrollment, or conversion-focused role.
• Ability to handle 40–60 calls per day in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with commission or performance-based incentives is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and referrals quickly.
• Educate families about ABA and the intake process.
• Qualify families based on insurance, location, age, and service needs.
• Guide qualified families toward an initial assessment and follow up to gather documentation.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage a high-volume pipeline.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth transitions.
