Job summary

Alaska, Inc. is seeking a Client Care Specialist One (CCS1) to coordinate the intake process for new and returning clients, manage referrals, collect information, verify financial details, and schedule appointments.

This patient-facing administrative role acts as a liaison among clients, programs, and the billing department, ensuring clear communication and adherence to policy. You will enter data into the EHR, assist with Medicaid applications, and support scheduling, documentation, and quality

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate referrals and access to services, acting as main contact among clients, guardians, referrals, billing and providers.
  • Input and track potential clients, register documents, verify insurance eligibility; enter data into EHR for correct payer.
  • Schedule assessments and program intakes; support telehealth logistics; monitor cost-of-care communication with stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality and support quality assurance across departments.
