The role involves handling a limited pre-litigation caseload, assisting with hearings, and ensuring proper case routing.

Qualifications include a JD, state Bar admission, and 2+ years in personal injury law with strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active State Bar admission in good standing.
• 2+ years in personal injury law, pre-litigation/pre-suit preferred.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury law and insurance practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary legal resource for intake team on case qualification questions.
• Review inquiries and assess viability and firm acceptance criteria.
• Provide guidance on complex intake issues and escalated matters.
• Evaluate merits of personal injury cases at pre-litigation stage.
• Attend TRO and MPU hearings as required and prepare materials.
• Coordinate with pre-litigation and litigation teams on case development.
