Thomas J Henry Law, PLLC is seeking a Case Development Intake Attorney to join our team in Austin, TX. The role involves managing a docket of approximately 50 cases, investigating and developing claims, and coordinating with clients, adjusters, and the litigation team.

The ideal candidate will hold a JD licensed in Texas, have 0–3 years of personal injury experience, strong writing skills, and the ability to supervise non-attorneys. A TX driver license is required.

Qualifications

• JD; must be licensed in Texas and in good standing.
• 0-3 Years Personal Injury experience.
• Must have strong commitment to client service.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Working on cross-functional teams.
• Previous customer service/sales experience preferred with after-hours on call experience.
• Previous experience supervising non-attorneys.
• Must have valid TX driver license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Intake function and manage a docket of cases.
• Investigate and develop cases including securing reports and statements.
• Communicate with clients and adjusters, manage expenses and status reports.
• Prepare and submit reviews on cases per firm policy to assist in evaluating cases.
• Transfer files to litigation team and coordinate with management and adverse parties.
