Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Texas State Bar in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in personal injury law, preferably plaintiff-side.
• Experience with case evaluation, liability analysis, and damages assessment.

Responsabilités

• Provide legal guidance and support throughout intake and onboarding processes.
• Evaluate prospective cases and conduct 2-Eye Reviews.
• Meet with potential clients and ensure claims are investigated and preserved.
• Train team members on case evaluation and ensure matters are positioned for success.
• Collaborate with intake and legal teams across departments.
• Attend client meetings and sign-ups, with flexibility for after-hours and weekends.
