Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
Bachelor's Degree required.
1–3 years experience in Behavioral Health and/or Admissions.
Current license to practice by the Utah State Board of Nursing.
CPR certification and Handle With Care training within 90 days of employment.

Qualifications

Education: Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing required; Bachelor's Degree.

Experience: 1 to 3 years experience in Behavioral Health and/or Admissions

Licensure: Currently licensed to practice by the Utah State Board of Nursing

Additional Requirements: Thorough knowledge of Joint Commission, HCFA, OSHA requirements, and state and federal regulatory requirements. CPR certification and successful completion of training in Handle With Care within 90 days of employment, and prior to assisting in restraining procedures.
