Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in insurance, financial services, staffing, payroll, or other consultative B2B environments.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred and CA P&C license or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and manage inbound sales inquiries, referrals, and walk-in prospects.
• Conduct proactive outreach and follow-up to convert leads into clients.
• Build rapport with business owners to understand operations and insurance needs.
• Educate prospects on GL coverage requirements, benefits, and policy options.
• Generate accurate and competitive quotes based on underwriting guidelines.
