We are looking for a dynamic and seasoned SaaS Insurtech Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will craft and implement effective sales strategies, achieve sales goals, nurture customer relationships, and stay updated on market trends. This role requires a deep understanding of market demands through research and customer insights. The Sales Manager will develop business models to create compelling value propositions that meet customer needs and distinguish our offerings, as well as identify new revenue streams.

What You’ll Do
  1. Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve goals, expand the customer base, and drive revenue growth.
  2. Go-to-Market Leadership: Develop and execute GTM strategies focusing on positioning, messaging, and audience segmentation.
  3. Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
  4. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with major clients and industry professionals.
  5. Sales Forecasting: Prepare and monitor sales forecasts and report progress.
  6. Collaboration: Work with Product, Customer Success, and Operations teams to maximize opportunities.
  7. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts to close sales.
  8. Technology Management: Oversee CRM and other sales/marketing tools.
  9. Leadership Development: Mentor and coach emerging leaders at FieldTech.
  10. Culture Contribution: Promote an innovative, collaborative, and bold company culture.
What You Bring
  • 7-10 years of proven experience as a SaaS Sales Manager or similar in Insurtech.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS industry and market dynamics.
  • Knowledge of life insurance agency operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data to improve performance.
  • Customer-oriented mindset focused on long-term relationships.
