We are seeking a SaaS Insurtech Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will craft and implement sales strategies, achieve sales goals, nurture customer relationships, and stay updated on market trends. You will develop business models and value propositions to meet customer needs and identify new revenue streams.

What You’ll Do
  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve goals and expand the customer base.
  2. Lead go-to-market strategies focusing on positioning, messaging, and segmentation.
  3. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals.
  5. Prepare and monitor sales forecasts and reports.
  6. Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Operations teams.
  7. Negotiate contracts and close sales.
  8. Oversee CRM and sales/marketing tools management.
  9. Mentor and coach emerging leaders within FieldTech.
  10. Champion an innovative and collaborative company culture.
What You Bring
  • 7-10 years of experience as a SaaS Sales Manager or similar in Insurtech.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS industry, market dynamics, and life insurance agency operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data to improve performance.
  • Customer-focused mindset for building long-term relationships.
