We are looking for a dynamic and seasoned SaaS Insurtech Sales Manager to spearhead our sales team. The ideal candidate will be adept at crafting and implementing effective sales strategies, achieving sales goals, nurturing customer relationships, and staying abreast of market trends. This role requires a deep understanding of market demands through thorough research and customer insights. The Sales Manager will develop strategic business models to create compelling value propositions that meet customer needs and distinguish our offerings. Additionally, they will identify and cultivate new revenue streams.

What You’ll Do

  1. Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals, expand the customer base and drive revenue growth.
  2. Go-to-Market Leadership: Develop and execute GTM strategies with a focus on positioning, messaging and audience segmentation.
  3. Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the entire sales cycle from identifying potential clients to securing deals.
  4. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with major clients and industry professionals.
  5. Sales Forecasting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and monitor and report on progress.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Customer Success and Operations teams to ensure alignment with and maximize opportunities.
  7. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and packages to close sales.
  8. Technology Management: Oversee the implementation and management of CRM and other sales and marketing tools.
  9. Mentoring: Help to grow leaders at FieldTech by providing mentoring and coaching outside formal lines of the hierarchy.
  10. Cultural Contribution: Contribute to our culture by championing an innovative, collaborative, and bold vision for the company.

What You Bring

  1. Proven experience, 7-10 years, as a SaaS Sales Manager or similar role in Insurtech.
  2. Strong understanding of the SaaS industry and market dynamics.
  3. Strong understanding of life insurance agency operations.
  4. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  5. Ability to analyze and interpret sales data to drive performance.
  6. Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships.

The base salary range for this position is $140,000 – $150,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
