Role Overview

We seek a dynamic SaaS Insurtech Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will craft and implement sales strategies, achieve targets, nurture client relationships, and stay updated on market trends. You will develop strategic business models, create compelling value propositions, and identify new revenue streams.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve goals, expand the customer base, and drive revenue.
  2. Go-to-Market Leadership: Develop and execute GTM strategies focusing on positioning, messaging, and segmentation.
  3. Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.
  4. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry professionals.
  5. Sales Forecasting: Prepare and monitor sales forecasts regularly.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Customer Success, and Operations teams.
  7. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts to close deals.
  8. Technology Management: Oversee CRM and sales/marketing tools.
  9. Leadership Development: Mentor and coach emerging leaders at FieldTech.
  10. Culture Contribution: Promote an innovative, collaborative, and bold company culture.
Qualifications
  • 7-10 years of proven experience as a SaaS Sales Manager or similar in Insurtech.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS industry and market dynamics.
  • Knowledge of life insurance agency operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and drive performance.
  • Customer-oriented mindset focused on building long-term relationships.
