Job summary

Earnix is seeking a Professional Services Integration Consultant to act as the technical and security expert throughout the implementation and integration cycle. You will work directly with prospects, customers, and internal teams—professional services, product, engineering, and support—to translate product capabilities into solutions that meet customer needs, while helping drive secure, scalable outcomes.

Qualifications

Strong technical acumen across enterprise software, SaaS and cloud environments.
Ability to translate product capabilities into scalable customer solutions.
Experience with AI-enabled workflows and risk/decisioning domains is a plus.
Familiarity with security questionnaires and compliance processes.
Comfort traveling domestically and internationally for customer engagements.

Responsibilities

Serve as technical and security expert for customers, partners, and internal teams throughout implementations.
Lead discussions on product capabilities, design solutions, and train users.
Provide comprehensive technical documentation and architecture designs.
Collaborate with product, engineering, R&D, DevOps, and support to resolve issues.
Lead API integration efforts and customer security sessions and go-lives.
