Job summary

Entrust is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to drive customer onboarding and integration of Identity and Security solutions. You will work with customer engineering teams to design, implement, and troubleshoot integrations across Entrust APIs and SDKs, guiding projects from kickoff through go-live.

The role demands a strong software background, hands-on API, mobile and web integration expertise, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in systems integration, software engineering, professional services or a similar technical consulting role.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SDK integrations, authentication protocols and cloud-based SaaS architectures.
• Hands-on software development experience with Kotlin and Swift; able to troubleshoot mobile integrations using Android Studio and Xcode.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and implementation engagements for Entrust integrations.
• Serve as trusted technical advisor through design, integration, testing, deployment and go-live activities.
• Collaborate with customer engineering teams to review approaches, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complex challenges.
• Provide hands-on guidance on integrating Entrust solutions via REST APIs, mobile and web SDKs.
• Analyse logs and API traffic to identify root causes and accelerate resolution.
• Recommend best practices to improve performance, security and maintainability.
• Lead technical workshops, reviews and troubleshooting sessions with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Support, Sales and Customer Success for outcomes.
• Manage multiple engagements concurrently with high delivery standards.
• Contribute to implementation methodologies and enablement resources.
• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge across the team.
