Job summary

Entrust is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to enable customers to integrate Entrust Identity and Security solutions into their platforms and workflows. You will lead engagements with high-profile clients, guiding them from kickoff to go-live while solving complex technical challenges.

You will work closely with engineering teams to design, implement, and optimise integrations across Entrust APIs and SDKs, mentoring junior staff and contributing to best-practice methodologies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Systems Integration or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SDK integrations, and cloud-based SaaS architectures.
• Experience leading enterprise implementation projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving, able to translate complex tech for varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding and implementation engagements.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor through design, integration, testing, deployment and go-live.
• Collaborate with customer engineering teams to review approaches, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complex challenges.
• Provide hands-on guidance for integrating Entrust solutions via REST APIs and SDKs.
• Analyse logs and API traffic to identify root causes and accelerate resolution.
• Lead technical workshops and reviews with customer stakeholders.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, and Customer Success teams to drive outcomes.
• Manage multiple engagements with high delivery standards and customer satisfaction.
