Job summary

Riskified is seeking an Integrations Engineer to drive and integrate customers with our platform and products. You will interface with enterprise eCommerce merchants and serve as the technical expert during the E2E integration process.

You will collaborate with Sales and Account Management, own integration projects, and update SDKs/APIs. The role requires 4–6+ years in related technical roles and a strong problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years experience in Integrations Engineer / Solution Engineer / Senior Technical Manager roles
• Strong can-do attitude with rapid learning and adaptability
• Experience collaborating with multiple business and technical teams in B2B SaaS

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end integration support for new clients from technical and operational perspectives
• Partner with Sales and Account Management on presales and post-sales
• Build and monitor joint integration project plans across multiple clients
• Maintain and update public SDKs, APIs, and technical integration guides
