Qualifications

• General knowledge of practice management software; NextGen preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient insurance coverage for visits and testing.
• Obtain referrals or authorizations as required.
• Counsel patients about insurance coverage and amounts due at the time of service.
• Serve as a resource to clinic staff and other business office personnel.
