Responsibilities

• Perform QA audits, address performance gaps and maintain reports.
• Handle borrower, agent, and lender inquiries and complaints effectively.
• Communicate processes to lenders, agents and internal teams; streamline procedures.
• Demonstrate leadership to motivate and develop team goals and results.
