The position is based at our Headquarters in Fairfield, OH. The pay range is $18.00 - $20.00 hourly, with a bonus possibility based on individual and company performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• AINS designation preferred; completion within three years of hire required.
• Prior insurance/financial services-related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support field marketing representatives throughout the new business and policy issuance lifecycle.
• Enter and maintain policy, exposure, and risk information within underwriting systems.
• Review applications and supporting documentation for underwriting completeness.
• Manage policy processing activities before and after coverage is approved and delivered within service expectations.
• Communicate with agents and brokers by phone and email to obtain required underwriting information.
• Monitor underwriting workflows and assist in managing account activity for timely quoting, binding, and issuance.
• Retrieve underwriting reports and data through Cognos, AIMS Data Warehouse, SharePoint, and other platforms.
• Assist with policy servicing, endorsements, and underwriting transactions.
• Support agency relationships with responsive, professional service.
• Conduct web-based research to aid underwriting decision-making.
