Job summary

The Cincinnati Insurance Companies in Fairfield, OH is seeking customer service representatives for its Corporate Accounts Receivable team. You will provide courteous, professional phone support for payments and inquiries.

The pay range is $19.00-$20.00 hourly, with potential annual bonuses and stock incentives based on performance. Training runs 7:30am–4:15pm EST for 6–8 weeks, then 10:15am–7:00pm EST with occasional Saturday rotations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years of prior call center customer service experience (preferred).
• Prior help desk experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls to assist customers with payments.
• Document and track cases in incident and problem management systems.
• Provide technical guidance to prevent recurring online account issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Work toward performance targets such as call handling time and satisfaction.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Call center experience (2+ years)

Help desk experience (preferred)
