Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience using Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct basic quality audits on policy transactions.
• Generate certified copies when requested.
• Complete mandatory auto filings.
• Run motor vehicle reports.
• Prepare policy output for mailing.
• Generate policy reprints on demand.
• Process cancellations or reinstatements.
• Produce Conditional, Non-renewal, and Cancellation notices.
