Job summary

The Cincinnati Insurance Companies is seeking an associate account manager in Fairfield, Ohio. You will support agency management of client policies, assisting account managers within a regional team to service policyholder accounts.

This on-site role offers hourly pay of $22.00 to $24.00, with eligibility for annual cash bonuses and performance-based incentives based on education, experience, location, and abilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s preferred.
• Relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships and build trust with agency partners.
• Answer phone calls from customers with a high level of service.
• Communicate with policyholders to request information for underwriting and agency file.
• Process activities in EPIC to maintain accurate account information.
• Gather information from policyholders for endorsements and updates for underwriting.
• Keep track of customer inquiries and follow up to resolve questions.
