West Monroe is seeking entry-level Consultants to join our Healthcare Practice in Chicago. This role provides exposure to real client work and a pathway to develop strategic, technology-enabled solutions.

You will evaluate and implement business improvements, collaborate with clients on regulatory shifts, and help shape IT and business roadmaps. The position supports hybrid work and travel up to 50%.

Formación

• Pursuing bachelor’s degree with expected graduation between Dec 2026 and Aug 2027.
• Minimum GPA 3.0 required.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate, propose, and implement new business solutions to enhance client performance and operations.
• Advise clients on adapting to healthcare legislation, trends, and technologies.
• Participate in business process optimization and requirements gathering.
• Engage in project management activities and cross-functional exposure.
• Develop and deliver training materials for new processes and tech adoption.
• Document lessons learned and support future teams in delivery.
• Learn to develop IT strategy and roadmaps aligning IT with business objectives.
• Learn to develop business strategy and roadmaps aligned with enterprise goals.
• Assist in vendor selection, gather requirements, and build business cases.
• Support technology implementation with pilot testing and go-live risk mitigation.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Apply generative AI and automation to enhance insights and delivery.
