Responsibilities

• Lead executive engagements and client relationships with NYC and Northeast markets.
• Drive transformation programs spanning underwriting, claims, policy admin, billing and finance.
• Shape AI-enabled, scalable workflows with governance, risk, and compliance.
• Oversee CFO and finance transformation initiatives including close, FP&A, and reporting.
• Grow the Insurance Transformation practice and drive market leadership in NYC.
• Coach and develop partners, directors, and consultants across teams.
