Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to join the Business Transformation & Growth (BTG) practice. You will lead complex insurance transformation engagements, modernizing operations, policy administration platforms, and customer experiences across life, annuity, and group benefits.

You will build trusted client relationships, translate objectives into practical roadmaps, and drive delivery across multidisciplinary teams and vendors to achieve measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 6-10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation programs.
• Experience in life, annuity, or group benefits insurance transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale platform transformation programs with accountability for scope, timelines, and outcomes.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams across life, annuity, and group insurance transformations.
• Translate objectives into delivery roadmaps, plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate with client, EY, platform vendors, and SI/third-party teams to maintain alignment.
