EY is seeking a Manager to join our Business Transformation & Growth (BTG) practice to help clients architect and modernize their business and technology ecosystems.

As a Manager, you will lead architecture strategy, target-state design, and modernization roadmaps for large-scale insurance transformation programs, advising executives on technology investments and platform strategies while guiding multidisciplinary teams toward secure, scalable architectures and AI-enabled improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• ~8+ years of consulting, technology, or architecture experience.
• ~5+ years of experience within Life Insurance, Annuities, or Group Benefits
• ~ Experience serving as Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, Technical Architect, or Lead Architect on large transformation programs.
• ~ Knowledge of cloud architecture principles and platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

Responsabilidades

• Lead architecture strategy, target-state design, and modernization roadmaps for large-scale insurance transformation programs.
• Advise client executives on technology investments, platform strategies, and transformation decisions.
• Define scalable, secure, and future-ready business, application, data, integration, and technology architectures.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions to improve business outcomes, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
• Partner with delivery, engineering, product, and operations teams to address technical challenges and mitigate architectural risks.
