Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to join our Business Transformation & Growth (BTG) practice to help clients architect and modernize their business and technology ecosystems. You will lead architecture strategy and solution design for large-scale insurance transformations and guide multidisciplinary teams.

You’ll leverage AI, cloud technologies, and modern integration patterns to accelerate value, improve operations, and deliver measurable outcomes while partnering with executives and delivery teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• ~8+ years of consulting, technology, or architecture experience.
• ~5+ years of experience within Life Insurance, Annuities, or Group Benefits.
• Experience serving as Solution/Enterprise/Technical Architect on large transformation programs.
• Experience with policy administration platforms and integration architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture strategy, target-state design, and modernization roadmaps for large-scale insurance transformation programs.
• Advise client executives on technology investments, platform strategies, and transformation decisions.
• Define scalable, secure architectures for business, application, data, integration, and technology.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions to improve outcomes and efficiency.
• Lead architecture governance and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
