Auto Club Enterprises is seeking an Associate Trainer in the P&C Insurance Department to train employees on technical systems and product knowledge. You will deliver classroom sessions and develop online content, including presentations for web conferences.

The role requires travel within St. Louis, MO and out-of-state, and you will manage rosters, travel expenses, and communications while applying adult learning principles to engage diverse groups.

Qualifications

• Experience with Insurance products or a Property & Casualty license recommended.
• Ability to present and facilitate classes for varied group sizes.
• Creative approach to classroom education and presentation materials.
• One-on-one coaching and tutoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Train and educate new and existing employees in technical skills and product knowledge.
• Develop and conduct virtual classes via web conference tools and create presentations using adult learning methods.
• Update management on class progress and results.
• Coordinate travel, submit expense reports, respond to communications promptly, and maintain rosters.
