Job summary

AAA Club Alliance seeks an Insurance Process Specialist to coach Insurance Sales Agents on ACA’s consultative selling approach. This hybrid role requires travel to markets to work 1:1 with agents and ongoing coaching for new hires.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in selling Property & Casualty or Life insurance, a P&C license, and experience with CRM/BI tools (Salesforce). Base salary ranges with annual bonus eligibility are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years’ experience selling Property & Casualty or Life insurance products.
• 2+ years in training or mentorship roles.
• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Life license preferred.
• Experience using CRM and BI tools, including Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Coach Insurance Sales Agents to apply ACA’s consultative selling processes daily.
• Provide structured coaching to new agents (<12 months) to meet production standards.
• Guide less tenured agents toward top performance via coaching on income maximization and bundling.
• Execute coaching plans with weekly 1:1 and monthly reviews.
• Facilitate biweekly new agent workshops to reinforce best practices.
• Lead cross-team meetings to improve coaching effectiveness with analytics & sales skills.
• Maintain accountability through coaching-team reporting and metrics.
• Collaborate with training to reinforce consultative skills and onboarding resources.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
