Job summary

EY is seeking experienced professionals to lead insurance technology transformation programs. The role focuses on guiding risk‑aware, architecture‑driven projects across claims, policy and data management within a globally connected team.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in P&C or related consulting, deep knowledge of insurance tech platforms, strong communication, and willingness to travel for client engagements. EY offers a hybrid work model and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or a related field with 3+ years of relevant work experience in Property and Casualty Insurance.
Experience in implementing insurance tech platforms such as Guidewire, OneShield, Exigen, MajescoMastek, DuckCreek, FirstBest, BI tools like Cognos/Business Objects or Informatica.
Ability to deliver system implementations through all project lifecycle phases with a proven methodology.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interaction and technical writing.
Willingness to travel to client sites as required.

Responsibilities

Work directly with clients to transform business problems into technology solutions and support remediation and risk mitigation efforts.
Analyze specific business requirements for alignment with technology architecture and implementation plans.
Contribute to design, data mapping, conversion, migration, and integration activities across projects.
Advise on architecture, data models, interfacing requirements, and system integration.
Collaborate with diverse client teams to deliver end-to-end technology solutions.
