Job summary

EY is seeking a experienced Consultant in Insurance Technology to partner with clients on technology-enabled transformation programs across claims, underwriting, policy and billing. You will guide architecture, data design and implementation, working with leading software such as Guidewire and Cognos to deliver integrated solutions.

The role involves collaboration with diverse teams, travel to client sites as needed, and delivering measurable business impact within a flexible hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or related field with 5+ years of relevant work experience at a Property and Casualty Insurance carrier or consulting firm, or a master’s with 3+ years.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to transform business problems into technology solutions.
• Support clients' efforts to make business units more effective and efficient and provide services for remediation and risk mitigation.
• Assist engagement teams through analysis of business requirements for alignment with architecture, infrastructure, vendor selection and implementation plans.
• Advise on design of architecture, data models and interfacing requirements.
• Collaborate with client teams and partners to deliver end-to-end technology solutions.
