Job summary

EY is seeking a senior Technology Consultant to drive insurance technology-enabled transformation for clients across the United States. You will lead engagements from requirements through deployment, guiding data mapping, system integration and architecture decisions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in P&C insurance tech, with Guidewire or similar suites, and strong communication skills for client-facing work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field with 5+ years of relevant work experience in P&C insurance or a related field.
• Experience with Guidewire, OneShield, Exigen, MajescoMastek, DuckCreek, FirstBest, BI tools (Business Objects, Cognos, Informatica).
• Proficiency in system selection, requirements definition, architecture design, application configuration/integration, and data mapping/migration.
• Experience delivering system implementations through all lifecycle phases per a proven methodology.
• Experience applying software engineering best practices and code optimization techniques.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to translate business problems into technology solutions.
• Support remediation and mitigation of process risk through architecture and implementation planning.
• Assist engagement teams in analyzing business requirements for alignment with technology architecture and vendor selection.
• Collaborate with diverse client teams to design interfaces, data models and integration requirements.
