Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced insurance technology consultant to guide transformation programs across claims, underwriting, policy and billing. You will work directly with clients to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions and manage the project life cycle from requirements to testing.

The role requires 5+ years of insurance tech experience, strong communication, and the ability to work in a hybrid EY environment with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or a related field with 5+ years of insurance tech experience.
• Experience with insurance tech vendors and implementation projects across claims, underwriting, policy and billing.
• Ability to define business and technical requirements and design architecture for technology solutions.
• Experience delivering end-to-end system implementations across project life cycles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client presentations.

Responsibilities

• Transform business problems into technology solutions for insurance clients.
• Support remediation and mitigation of process risk and ensure alignment with architecture and infrastructure.
• Guide engagements through requirements, design, conversion and testing using proven methodologies.
• Contribute to post-implementation optimization and client value realization.
• Collaborate with diverse client teams and partners to deliver effective solutions.
