Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced insurance technology consultant to drive transformation programs for Property & Casualty clients in a national remit. You will guide architecture, data, and integrations, working directly with client teams and partners.

The role emphasizes delivering end-to-end implementation through all project phases, with a focus on process improvement, risk management, and technology enablement across multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or related field; 5+ years in P&C insurance
• Experience with insurance technology platforms and large-scale implementations
• Strong analytical and architectural design capabilities

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements to translate business problems into technology solutions.
• Contribute to architecture, data models, and integration designs across lifecycle phases.
• Support remediation and risk mitigation initiatives for client programs.
