Job summary

EY is helping insurers transform their technology through advisory and implementation services. You’ll work with clients to convert business needs into scalable tech solutions, guiding architecture, data flows, and vendor selections to deliver impactable outcomes.

This role requires strong communication, travel to client sites, and a track record of end‑to‑end delivery in property and casualty insurance projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in Property/Casualty insurance or consulting.
• Experience with Guidewire or similar platforms, demonstrated project impact.
• Proficiency in system selection, requirements, architecture, and integration.
• Ability to deliver full life cycle software implementations and governance.
• Strong communication skills and travel willingness to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to translate business problems into technology solutions.
• Support engagement teams with architecture, infrastructure, and vendor selection.
• Define requirements and align with technology architecture and plans.
• Assist with risk remediation, testing, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver end‑to‑end implementations.
