Job summary

EY is seeking a seasoned consultant to lead technology-enabled insurance transformation projects for clients across the US. You will work with leading carriers and financial services clients to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions with a focus on architecture, data integration, and process improvement.

The role requires deep experience with Guidewire or similar platforms, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s in a related field with relevant insurance tech experience.
• Experience with insurance technology system implementations across claims, underwriting, policy, billing.
• Ability to define business and technical requirements, architecture, and integration strategies.
• Experience delivering end-to-end system implementations and knowledge of software engineering best practices.

Responsibilities

• Transform client business problems into technology solutions.
• Analyze requirements for alignment with architecture, data models, and tech infrastructure.
• Guide engagement teams through design, integration and implementation plans.
• Advise clients on business processes and technology options to drive efficiency.
