Job summary

EY is seeking a technology-enabled transformation professional to guide insurance clients through digital initiatives. You will translate business needs into scalable Guidewire-based solutions, design architecture and integrate front-end with backend services.

You’ll collaborate with client teams, manage requirements, and contribute to risk mitigation and value delivery across projects. Hybrid work and extensive travel are typical for client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a related field with 3+ years or 5+ years of relevant experience in insurance tech implementations.
• Experience with Guidewire, JUTRO, REACT JS, Angular, Enterprise Webservices, OneShield, Exigen, MajescoMastek, DuckCreek, FirstBest, BI tools or similar.

Responsibilities

• Translate business problems into technology solutions for insurance clients.
• Support remediation and risk mitigation through technology implementation plans.
• Collaborate with engagement teams to align requirements with digital solutions and architecture.
