Job summary

Datos Insights in the United States seeks an Advisor to influence the insurance industry through research, strategy and vendor selection. You will support senior experts, build client relationships, and deliver practical, evidence-based recommendations.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, travel up to 15%, and the ability to work independently and with teams to define technology strategies and improve carrier operations.

Responsibilities

• Support Datos’ senior experts as they advise clients on technology-related issues, building stakeholder relationships and focusing recommendations on client priorities and outcomes.
• Research, analyze, synthesize, and compare information with structured problem-solving to develop practical, evidence-based recommendations.
• Explore and identify solutions to client questions using strategic thinking and sound judgement.
• Prepare senior experts to facilitate workshops or speak at events with executive-ready materials.
• Contribute to our library of published information, including best practices and benchmarking reports.
• Drive the vendor selection process by building RFIs and vendor scripts to test solutions against client requirements.
• Work alongside senior staff to deliver strategic consulting projects and help clients define and implement technology strategy.
• Maintain proficiency in insurance operations and supporting technology; identify problems or opportunities.
